Cancellation Policy.

• If a scheduled appointment needs to be cancelled, this service requires at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Cancellations may be done by contacting info@wildflowerspsychology.com.au or 0486044981.

  This service requires at least 2 weeks’ notice to cancel a Group Program.

• Cancellations outside of these timeframes will result in the full session fee being charged to your nominated debit card given at the time of booking.

• In-line with the NDIS policy, cancellations will be charged at 100% of the total appointment. There is no limit to the number of short notice cancellations that can be charged.

• This service reserves the right to suspend services following 2 or more consecutive cancellations without the minimum notice required.
